Farlong Pharmaceutical values and respects each customer's privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve customers' online shopping experience. Under no circumstances will Farlong provide, sell, or rent customers' information to any third parties.
- Return Policy
Farlong Pharmaceutical accepts any unopened items for a full refund within 90 days after shipment with a proof of purchase and all necessary shipping and handling fees provided by customers. - Tax
An 9.75% sales tax will be applied to purchases within California.
Shipping & Handling Charges
- Domestic orders
Shipping is FREE for any purchase over $100.00 within the United States of America. A shipping charge of $6.95 is applied for all purchases under $100. All orders should be received within five business days via UPS Ground or Postal Services.
- Mainland China orders
Shipping fee will be charged based on the actual weight and shipping methods for a few items, including fish oil, soy lecithin, calcium products, aloe vera, garlic oil softgels, multi-vitamins. Our sales specialists will call you and inform you about the charges if your order contains items listed above.
Shipping is FREE for any purchase of TWO packages in total. A shipping charge of $25.00 is applied for all purchases less than two packages.
Orders should be received within ten to fifteen business days.
All orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Services) by postal services. Tracking number for each order is available upon request, please contact our sales representative at 1-888-327-5664 or 1-909-468-9215 or email us at info@farlong.com for your orders. All packages can be tracked at www.usps.com.
The shipping and handling fee does not include any custom duties, sales tax and/or any additional charges occurred at the designated country.
Expedited services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Airborn¡Ketc.) are available upon request, any additional shipping cost will be borne by the customers.
- International Orders
